While you place your awareness deeper in your heart center whilst staying in a level of relaxation begin to become aware of the subtle pull. A slight pull to go in a certain direction. Personally I feel this pull is much like the tug of a spider web slightly pulling on my heart center. Like there is a delicate pull guiding me in a certain direction.
